A book of
record.
NFRG HOLDINGS LLC exists to hold — properly, documented, and administered. Our charter covers the full family of holding-company functions: bank and financial holding companies and their offices; insurance, nonbank, personal, public utility, railroad, savings & loan, and thrift holding structures; and the corporate, head, regional, and subsidiary management offices that govern a group's affairs.
We operate from 3125 E Kennedy Drive, Apartment 709, Salt Lake City, Utah. The company keeps a literal register — every interest entered, every office defined, every authority signed. When a structure changes, the register changes first.
Developer of record: NFRG Hold.
- The register is the truth. What isn't entered doesn't exist — ownership by documentation only.
- Offices exist to answer. Every desk on the structure has a name, a scope, and a reporting line.
- Slow is correct. Structural decisions are made deliberately — a holding company's speed is accuracy, not haste.
Held to three
principles.
Documented ownership
Every holding is entered with a serial number, description, and authority. If it isn't on the register, it isn't ours.
Separated functions
Holding is not operating. We maintain the distinction deliberately — liability, reporting, and management each in their place.
Answerable offices
Headquarters, regional, and subsidiary offices exist to answer for the structure — reporting up, signing what they decide.
Questions on
the record.
We hold ownership interests in operating concerns across financial and nonfinancial sectors, and we maintain the corporate offices — headquarters, regional, subsidiary management — that administer those structures. We hold and govern; subsidiaries operate.
We maintain holding-company structures, including entries in bank, financial, insurance, and thrift categories. Holding-company classification is not the same as operating a regulated institution; regulatory status depends on the specific structure and is addressed in the relevant filings.
Both forms are on the charter — holding companies that manage, and subsidiary management offices. Where management is exercised, it is documented with defined authority and reporting.
